    Nice and comfortable stay. Slightly over priced, otherwise fairly well complete package of neat, clean, efficient use of technology in providing amenities . Staff were cordial and supportive. Vast spread of breakfast giving variety of options and tasty meals.

    Navigating the initial entrance and lift setup can feel a bit confusing at first due to the various elevators, but guests only need to focus on Lobby A Lifts, which provide access to all floors. The staff throughout the property are exceptionally well-presented in smart uniforms. A special mention goes to the front entrance team, who deliver some of the best, most welcoming "service with a smile" I have ever experienced, alongside a fantastic and customer-focused reception team. Having stayed here twice now since its opening, I was pleased to see that most initial teething issues have been effectively resolved. However, there is still room for improvement in two key operational areas: * Guest Services Call Centre : Service quality inconsistent and poor. Whether an issue is followed through to resolution feels like a bit of a draw, and proactive follow-up and ownership is lacking. Resolution consistency varies depending on who answers the call. * Laundry Service: This process needs a thorough operational review. Having spoken to duty managers, the hotel continues to refine its guest experience, and despite these small operational hiccups, it is wonderful stay. I will be back for my third visit in mid-October!

    You have much better hotels in Colombo at the same price point. My check in took more than 15 minutes, I asked for an extension by 1 day, which was confirmed, however not entered in the system, causing embarrassment at a later stage. Tried there Indian resturant, very ordinary food. Breakfast time is chaotic, thay have a lot of staff just roaming around doing nothing, neither managing nor helping the guests out. The blackout curtains in the room are poor, the room lights up at daybreak. Sound proofing is pathetic, I could hear train noise throughout the night. Room was not cleaned despite leaving the housekeeping light on. All in all a poorly managed hotel.
