Retaining its original character with vintage furnishings and a welcoming atmosphere, the primary bedroom and kitchen have a stunning view of the field and nineteenth-century barn. A covered porch invites you to relax and enjoy the company of friends and family.  It is an ideal place for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility.

Located on a quiet, tree-lined street, the farmhouse is centrally located in Southwest Harbor.  A brief walk gets you to the village center in one direction and an active harbor filled with lobster boats in another.  A scenic walk takes you to a corner of Acadia National Park: all other destinations on the island are minutes away.

☀ Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 for 1 pet and $75 for a maximum of 2 pets.
☀ No events, parties, or large gatherings
☀ Must be at least 25 years old to book
☀ Please report any damages that occur during the stay
☀ There is a $500 fee for smoking on the premises.
☀  Late check-out fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.
☀ These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might be able to accommodate you, though a fee might still apply.
☀ Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
