Air conditioning was working and the apartment is very close to a Greens supermarket.
There were a few things that made our stay slightly less convenient: we only got one towel per person and one hand towel for the entire stay of 7 days. The apartment is spacious but is in dire need of some renovation. The building entrance key gets stuck and it was frustrating to enter the building every time.
