Bon emplacement, maison agréable avec grand jardin.
Sdb étroite et 2eme sdb indiqué qui ne contient que wc et lavabo pas de 2eme douche ou baignoire.
La cuisine est récente, dommage car aucun espace de rangement pour les courses, seulement l’espace en dessous de l’évier. Pas de micro onde et lave vaisselle dommage.

geräumige Villa, gut eingerichtet, cooles Kinderschlafzimmer mit Lichteffekten, schöner Garten, alles wie auf den Fotos, gute Aircon in 2 Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer, Jacuzzi, gutes Internet, mehrheitlich sauber, ruhige Lage, gute Lage zum Erkunden von Süd-Sardinien, 2 wöchiger Familienaufenthalt mit 2 Erwachsenen/2 Kindern.
kein Geschirrspüler, Grill sehr klein und defekt, Herd gut aber kein Luftabzug, Mini-Kaffeekocher, Jacuzzi nicht inbegriffen (Zusatzzahlung separat), Dusche im Badezimmer teilw. defekt und nicht sauber, Badetuchhalter fehlen, kein Haarföhn (auch auf Anfrage nicht zur Verfügung gestellt), beschädigte Abfalleimer ziehen viele Insekten an.

La amplitud, la cercanía a las playas, poder aparcar en la puerta y la amabilidad del propietario.
Detalles con los que contábamos y no había: una de las tres habitaciones no tiene aire acondicionado, así que se pasa calor en ella; uno de los dos cuartos de baño no tiene ducha ni bañera; no hay plancha ni tabla de planchar; no hay lavavajillas ni escurreplatos; y no encontramos un secador de pelo por ninguna parte. Además, en el anuncio pone que tiene jacuzzi, y cuentas con él, pero unos días antes de llegar, el dueño te escribe e indica que para poder usarlo hay que pagar 85 euros de inicio más otro coste por cada día. Nos pareció bastante feo, la verdad, así que no hicimos uso de ello.

Villa mal équipée, pas de lave vaisselle, pas de bouilloire électrique ni de micro-ondes, cuisine sans épices, ni grand couteau, air conditionné manquant dans une des chambre .
