Clean and green, alongside the river, the place is convenient for those who wish some distance from the hustle of the centre. It is just 20mn away by foot, and just a couple of min from the sea! There, you may encounter monkeys, cats, water monitors, and all kinds of birds and feathery few. An up close and personal experience with nature, to remember that we live on earth. A healing gift! Staying with the premises, while in an independent studio, is perfect to combine personal habits with an authentic srilankan experience. Food is available upon request. The schedule is flexible, and the curries are just exquisite! Ask for your level of spiciness! If you wish to feel at home as you travel around, that's the place. Each member of the family is adorably sweet. You will feel safe and well taken care of. Here, there is love and kindness 💖

Wir verbrachten 3 wunderschöne Tage an diesem Ort. Eine ganz nette Familie führt diese kleine Pension. Es gibt traditionelles Essen, wenn man es möchte. Die Familie organisierte für uns eine Flussfahrt. Gleich vor dem Grundstück konnten wir ein Krokodil sehen. Die Familie bereitete für uns Mangoäpfel, die wir auf der Flusstour gepflückt hatten, als Smoothie zu. Es war köstlich. Wir wurden sehr gut versorgt und konnten jederzeit Fragen stellen. Die Vögel singen in dem kleinen Garten. Zum Strand läuft man auf kleinen Wegen in 2 Minuten. Wir können diese Unterkunft als Geheimtipp nur empfehlen. Der Nähe störte uns nicht.

The family running this place is really the cutest people I met along my journey! Also so supportive and accomodating to my needs. And offers really tasty and supercheap dinner and breakfast based on food grown in their own garden. Even made me a lunchbox for my flight home. My copassengers was so jealoux😄 After living in hotels/hostels for two weeks, it was also really nice to live in a more local environment. Loved my stay!😃
