The property was very clean and smelt lovely

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

The seating in the lounge. Well equipped kitchen. Also, good location for beach and clubhouse.

The rusty towel rail and lack of general storage space eg drawers in the bedrooms and hooks for coats.

Very well equipped

Great location in Silver Sands. It took us a while to find it in the dark, maybe a map upon booking or directions would be useful. Caravan was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for a couple of nights.

Upon arrival the heating wasn’t on. Lossie in November is particularly cold, so it would have been good to have this switched on for us arriving. It seemed like it hadn’t been booked for a while before us as it was stone cold. We ended up sleeping in jumpers because we couldn’t worm the thermostat. The owner kindly responded the next morning with directions on how to use the boiler. A welcome pack would have been great with these details as it really spoiled our first nights sleep. The property doesn’t include any towels which isn’t stated in the listing. Particularly annoying as all other linen is provided and it left us surprised when we went to shower. The owner kindly brought us towels when we text to query this.
