I’d gladly take my money back, because I deserve better.

I like that I was able to find location, the inside was nicely furnished and clean after doing my own checking and vetting before being able to feel comfortable enough to put my belongings down.

First off, I don’t like being asked if I need parking, being told I can have parking, given directions for parenting just to find a lot 8 inch’s high full of snow. The parking space that I was supposed to use was not plowed at all, untouched since the storm. So I was trying to figure out how the person who’s running the business didn’t know or if they cared that their guest had nowhere secure to park. I ended up parking on a side street in front of someone’s house, which I’m not sure I should have done, and walking in the freezing cold back down to the unit, hoping my car would still be there one piece when I returned. The neighborhood was sketchy to me. I had to do what I had to do. Lastly- the room was FREEZING. I couldn’t control the thermostat of whatever humifdier/heater situation they had going on that ran off an on all night long that blew cool air. The therastat in the house read 58-60 degrees while I was there. I was way too cold to sleep. I just cried until it was time for me to get up for work. I cleaned the areas that I touched. The place looked practically unscathed by the time I left. That’s how immobile I felt being there. Being cold, feeling unsafe, feeling like I should have went with my gut and got an actual hotel.

The unit was nice and clean but it was cold and the shower drain was clogged.

The property was great for parking and the location was great because we needed to go to Nationwide Arena. The fridge and kitchen were fully functional.

The shower drain clogged easily, the unit was kind of cold and there is not much counter space at all in the bathroom.

La ubicación y la amplitud,

El baño demasiado pequeño. No nos gustó la retención de 300 dólares antes de empezar la estancia y hasta el octavo día tras salir del mismo no nos la devolvieron. Es demasiado tiempo. Además nadie chequea contigo el estado del apartamento al terminar.Faltaban sartenes y ollas (aunque nos trajeron luego una). El desagüe del baño estaba roto pero avisamos h aunque vinieron a verlo, no lo arreglaron durante la estancia.
