Property sits right in the heart of things. Walking distance to food places.

What really missed the mark is the lack of cleanliness. Glasses for water- dirty. Cup on basin - dirty. Class door for both bathroom and room - dirty. Looks like housekeeping didn’t do their job! 🤔🤔🤔 What is the strangest design is that from the outside, you can actually look into the toilet! So be careful since there may be a peeping tom when you are doing a dump 💩 or drying out after your showers!!!! Air con shuts down on its own even when we are inside the room! Someone in the hotel was knocking on the wall for at least 1 hr at 0800 hrs .

Just in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, surrounded by cute bars and supermarkets. The place is perfect for exploring Hanoi on foot. You enter through a lovely Coffeeshop. Room was spacious, I basically had everything I needed.

What really disappointed me was that my room wasn’t even cleaned ONCE during my entire stay (4 nights). As the air conditioning switches off when leaving the room, you can imagine the smell in the room when coming back. This includes the small fridge, that either didn’t work properly or that also turned off when the room card wasn’t put. I left some fruit inside; it all mouldered within a day. This didn’t really contribute to the overall comfort and made me even more upset since the staff had assured me when checking in that my room would get cleaned during my stay. Regarding the overall noise: yes, Hanoi is noisy in general, but I wouldn’t say this hotel was particularly more affected by noise than other accomodations I experienced in Vietnam. So this was no issue at all.
