    I visited FortVille Hotel, Cavalry Town Lahore with my wife and unfortunately had a terrible experience from start to finish. I had already booked the room online, but at check-in the receptionist bluntly told us that “we don’t deal with Agoda bookings.” Because of this, I was forced to book manually at the counter, which cost me around PKR 5,000 more than my original booking. This felt extremely unprofessional and misleading. The room condition was unacceptable: Strong bad smell in the room Bedsheets and blankets were smelly and clearly unclean Bathroom was dirty, unhygienic, and poorly maintained No hot water, even though it was winter Broken window, making the room uncomfortable Wi-Fi was not provided; we were told to borrow Wi-Fi from a nearby travel agency, which is unbelievable for a hotel Overall, the customer service, cleanliness, and facilities were far below any acceptable standard. This hotel does not match its online listing or pricing at all. I would strongly NOT recommend FortVille Hotel to families or couples. Please avoid this place if you value comfort, hygiene, and honest service.
