    My recent stay at Palm Tree Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise against booking this establishment. The issues began with the shockingly unclean kitchen facilities. This was compounded by the untidiness of the rooms, which were far below acceptable standards. However, the problems extended far beyond mere cleanliness. The staff were consistently unfriendly and unprofessional, and I experienced what I can only describe as harassment. The payment system was utterly incompetent. My booking was not properly confirmed, and I was subjected to relentless late-night calls demanding cash payment. There was clearly a complete lack of communication between management and the general manager, which contributed to the overall chaos. This combination of factors – uncleanliness, untidiness, unprofessional and harassing staff, and a dysfunctional payment system – made my stay a truly terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
