Stunning view.
Nice sized room.
Reception unstaffed more often than not.
Couldn't eat breakfast or dinner in dining area, told to take it in my room. (Food trays then not collected)
Got phoned very early in the morning to check I was coming to breakfast, I didn't ask for a call ...

The hotel is clean. Staff of the hotel cooperative. Room is well maintained with basic facilities. Size of the room is relatively small but I had booked a room with mountain view which has a small balcony. One can clearly view Kanchanjana range from the balcony. Vegetarian food is served in the hotel. Overall it is good experience, except the access to the hotel is little challenging as you have to use about 50 steep stairs to reach the hotel. For senior citizens and phisically challenged tourists it may not be a good choice.
Despite its good location, using many stairs which is really a challenge.

The location is good. You can get a clear view of Kanchenjunga from balcony. Service was good
There should be 2 pairs of sandals for 2 person
