Very clean. And breakfast was basic but generous
Didn’t find any cafes walking distance but a short drive away wasn’t bad

breakfast was good and location was quite and convinent to the function that we had to attend
The sofa bed was a bit short for my tall adult daughter and not enough room to open the sofa into a bed. The main bed was caved in towards the bed head. i dont think its suitable for three adults. The shower was not clean, mould in between the tiles and corners of the shower
