The receptionist, though had finished his shift, was in the phone to support and correct the mistakes of the managers.
The contact person was delayed to accept our stay at the studio, so we had to move. On the way, they called us 2 times to check in to 2 different places and we ended up to check-in at the hotel and not the studio we booked.
Bad internet connection, absence of socket in the bathroom, bad lighting, not so clean carpets.
