Everything was clean, good quality, good aircon
Nobody explained how to get in, we had to wait for someone from the agency to come. The person who answered the phone at the agency had never been in the apartment and couldn't explain anything.

However, the location was very good.
It smelled damp, it was very cold, and honestly the air conditioning was not sufficient, especially with the humidity. The blue automatic door unlock button at keys was not working.
