Location, easy access, easy and quick communication with host, able to check-in earlier than agreed. Extra bedsheets, duvet case and towels, as they were needed.
Apartment a bit dated and neglected in the bathroom (e.g. shower unit and wobbly window frame). Duvet case and towels were clean, but with stains from multiple use as they haven't been renewed. So, the extra ones with less issues were used. The apartment needs more power sockets or at least a splitter. The air conditioning in the bedroom had an error (E7). Unfortunately, it was midnight when this was noticed so we didn't try to communicate to fix it as we were leaving in the morning, we just slept in a very cold room. I only mention this issue as I've seen it before in the comments and maybe needs fixing.
