Great welcoming from Santiago, with nice gifts and plenty of explanations. Spacious place, clean and comfortable, very nice bed. Very good for the price. The area is very calm, lots of trees outside, no car passing directly in front and a handy minimercado next-door.
The insulation with the neighbour’s accommodation is thin, we could hear them talking even when they don't speak loud. Insulation between bathroom/toilet and the living room is also very thin. Ok if you are comfortable doing your things and everyone else hears it!

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado y tiene todo lo necesario para poder pasar varios días cómodamente. Cuando volvamos a Tres Cantos sin duda intentaremos quedarnos de nuevo allí.
Por mencionar algo negativo, por la noche se oyen ruidos de otros pisos (de tuberías y otros). Por otra parte, en nuestro caso (familia de 4 personas), sería ideal tener otra pequeña cama para que los niños no tengan que compartir el sofá cama.

The host is a great man and apartment had everything we needed. Totally recommend it to everyone!
The heating was poor in December, so I would rather book this accommodation again in summer or some other season.
