Location

Quiet time for adults was a little early and somewhat unclear

I liked the location, having a whole unit to myself, the appearance of the inside regarding the furniture and tvs, 2 beds and the basic traveling needs... Kitchen & bathroom necessities, and reading materials.

I didn't like that the power had gone off (lights and heat) after me being there for over an hour, (I left on 3 occasions, thinking by the time I returned everything would be back on. No one responded to any of my calls. Eventually, someone responded through email that was like, hmm, 6 hours after, I had made several phone calls. I kept getting the voice recording, so I eventually sent an email. In response to my email, they mentioned that they were out there within 20 minutes. The booking.com app I used sent me to use the phone number. In addition, I didn't like that, I had you clean up under the living room furniture and the bedroom beds... Beds may need some oil or new frames, which were noisy. And that's just from sleeping. You guys definitely need new blinds. They were very exposed. Could use some curtains to cover that up. Also, they could have used newer wash towels... they were faded. Shower curtains came down 2 times while showering. Lastly, I couldn't control the heat. The maintenance man came out to turn the utilities back on, mentioning the room heater they provided in the bedroom... it caused the power to go out. And I inquired about the heat... he mentioned, "The temperature was set at 72". During the cold season?🤧 I posted a few pictures and also have a video of my initial viewing of the property. In conclusion. Making the thermostat more accessible (or considerate), a more thorough cleaning, a more timely follow-up for calls, and cleaner linen-bathroom supplies and privacy blinds. Correct these, and this could be a 10 review. Also, just to clarify, the aforementioned are basic regardless of the rate. 🫡

It was in a great location, it was very clean and the owner was very helpful

The apartment is a little bit older and rundown, but having said that they keep it very clean and orderly.

Good location and the kitchen was decent, sofa comfortable.

I couldn’t control air conditioning and it was hot and had to go out and buy a fan. One box fan was in a closet but very dirty. I stayed 4 nights and given one washcloth . There were no other cleaning items like napkins, Kleenex, paper towels or dish clothes. There was no soap or toiletries for bathroom except almost empty hand soap. The place smelled musty so I bought room air fresheners.
