Comfortable beds. Great location for our purpose. Easy in and out and free parking. Had everything we needed. Clear communication on access and rules.
The carpet could be replaced or cleaned and the one bed is frustrating to get in and out as the beds are really close together. The back door light bulb needs to be replaced which is the door we came in and out of.

The place is located downtown and in a very safe area. I also liked the fact that I had a dedicated driveway for my car and double the keys.
The bathroom was OK, but I felt like it could have an upgrade and a washer and dryer could be a very good addition to this place. Also the mattresses could be more comfortable and Another thing that bothered me was the emails sent by the owner as well as the reminder before check-out which were toooooooo long, and had some accusatory expressions in them rather than containing friendly reminders and kind advices.

It was nice and comfortable actually very clean a little on the noisey side just because of being off a main road but besides that always a pleasure booking with them.

There were bed bugs found in the unit and the heat was kept on 75 and told it wouldn’t be turned down to open a window
