The room was good but could have had an easy chair perhaps, as the bed was a little low. Patio doors were good for the warm weather and the rear garden was being cleared while I was there. 2nd time at this location...great facilities. Kitchen - really well equipped and functional. Everything you need in a compact but usable space. Microwave, washer/dryer, toaster, blender and fridges all clearly well maintained and/or brand new. Shower room/WC - excellent. Really good water pressure and immaculately clean. Shower gel / hand-wash all top quality and towels were sparkling white.

For the second trip, I didn't have the best of neighbours but the management company were very understanding and listened to my issues. I have never had any issues with the management of this place and this made each trip far easier.

We had a great stay and the host was very responsive and helpful. Although there was some confusion with the access codes upon arrival, we quickly got in touch via WhatsApp and the issue was resolved straight away. The only recommendation I would make is regarding the building entrance. There are two front doors that look exactly the same and there is no signage indicating which one guests should use. A simple sign or a different door colour would help guests find the correct entrance more easily.

Our room had access to a garden, which would have been a lovely space to enjoy during the warm weather. Unfortunately, the garden was heavily overgrown and there was a partially open manhole directly outside the door, which raised safety concerns and attracted a variety of insects and other pests. Given the hot weather during our stay, the outdoor space could have been a real asset. However, as there were no fans provided in any of the rooms, the accommodation became quite warm at times. I would recommend maintaining the garden regularly and providing fans in the rooms during warmer periods to improve guest comfort.
