My room was clean and warm.

The room was good but could have had an easy chair perhaps, as the bed was a little low. Patio doors were good for the warm weather and the rear garden was being cleared while I was there. 2nd time at this location...great facilities. Kitchen - really well equipped and functional. Everything you need in a compact but usable space. Microwave, washer/dryer, toaster, blender and fridges all clearly well maintained and/or brand new. Shower room/WC - excellent. Really good water pressure and immaculately clean. Shower gel / hand-wash all top quality and towels were sparkling white.

For the second trip, I didn't have the best of neighbours but the management company were very understanding and listened to my issues. I have never had any issues with the management of this place and this made each trip far easier.

Room size was good location was what we expected and the walk to train station was not bad

We arrived before 4:00pm hoping to get in but knew it would be possible the room could still be getting cleaned. Messaged the host who replied no you will need to wait till 4:00. Asked if we could store our bags they said no. During our wait we spoke to a person coming out who said there were no cleaning people in the building. So we were made to wait either because the host is not interested in us enjoying our stay or they do not know how to work their high tech entry system. Once inside our code to open our room (cell phone number) did not work. After an embarrassing very loud alarm and a lot of back and forth with the host we were given another code, not that big of deal but had to write it down and keep track of it. 3 units share a kitchen and a shower/bathroom, signs up saying please clean up after yourself, the cleaning crew only comes once a week. You can imagine how well that works. There dishes in the sink when we got there and they were there 3 days later. I won’t keep going, but cannot recommend.
