The owner and his family were genuinely kind and welcoming. They made us feel welcomed from the start—offered us excellent tea, stayed in touch throughout our stay, checked on our well-being, and even helped us arrange autos at fair prices. Their hospitality is the strongest part of this place and the only reason I decided to stay even though there were inconveniences.

1) The first night was unfortunately sleepless due to the A/C not working properly. To be fair, this was just my experience and seemed like an unlucky situation rather than a permanent issue. It was fixed in a couple of hours. 2) The bathroom flush could be stronger—it needs improvement. 3) There were a lot of mosquitoes. This should definitely be addressed. 4) The biggest issue: lack of privacy and noise. We booked a room expecting a typical homestay setup—private rooms with shared common areas. However, on the first night (probably 6am), all common spaces (hall, kitchen, parking/back area, balcony) were rented out to a large group of around 20 people. They were extremely noisy almost the entire time, partly due to cooking issues (LPG problems), and there was constant activity(photo attached). This completely disrupted the stay and made it impossible to relax or sleep. Ayodhya is a place people come to for peace, but unfortunately, that was exactly what was missing here. Final note: If you’re a couple or a family looking for quiet and privacy, this may not be the right place for you. The experience can become unpredictable depending on how the property is rented out at the same time.
