Ιδιοκτήτρια ευγενής. Κλιματιστικό πολύ καλό. Παροχές σπιτιού πολύ καλές.
Η τοποθεσία ήταν λίγο δύσκολη, γιατί για τα εστιατόρια, έπρεπε να πάρουμε αυτοκίνητο και για να βγει αυτό από το εξαιρετικά(!!!!) στενό garage ήταν πολύ δύσκολο. Διαφορετικά, περπάτημα γύρω στα 20-30 λεπτά. (ηλικίες 60-70 χρόνων) Η πισίνα βρώμικη , καθόλου ελκυστική, με σκουριές και ακατάστατο περιβάλλοντα χώρο.
