The location was excellent and the house was spotlessly clean throughout. The construction quality and facilities were impressive — this was our third time staying here, which says it all.
The only real improvement would be the WiFi — it's distributed over powerline adapters rather than access points, so speed and quality dropped in parts of the house. During our stay there were also some power cuts in the area which briefly affected the water pump, but this was entirely down to the local infrastructure and no fault of the owners, who were helpful throughout.

We were a group of eight and found the house very comfortable and spacious. Overall, the property is in great condition — modern, relatively new, and thoroughly cleaned for our arrival. The host was very accommodating, gave us lots of tips on places to visit, and was very easy to communicate with.
Unfortunately, we were not informed that there was a construction site opposite the house, which made our stay very noisy and dusty. Work would start as early as 6:45am and continue until 5pm, even at weekends. It was very difficult to relax with the constant noise of diggers and banging.
The constant flow of water trucks added to the noise, as the area has no mains water and water needs to be delivered by large trucks.

The villas are really special, superior standards, great comfort, generous spaces, excellent furniture, indoor garage, nice balconies with great view to the sea, all appliances needed, you find in the villas everything you need in a high standard house. Many thanks to John, a real gentleman, polite, kind and helpful, he also gave us all information we needed about the surroundings, beaches, restaurants, places to visit. The final conclusion everything excellent
