The house was perfect - accommodated four generations of our family well! Had everything we needed. Great location; easy walk to beaches, groceries, bakery, restaurants, shopping and more. We all had privacy when needed and plenty of spaces to gather together. The backyard was beautiful and spacious. Owner and caretaker were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this property to others!

We loved the charm and nostalgia of this old world villa. The 8 of us were very comfortable with space and breathing room for everyone. Kids(there were 4 total) were very happy and the place felt like it could have been our generational summer home. The location was easy for all of us, just 2 min from the beach/shops/bakery/minimarket and yet we still enjoyed lounging through a long breakfast and hanging around when the kids got tired out. The shower water pressure was perfect, all appliances in good working order, kitchen was full with all utensils/cookware/plates etc you could need and the mattresses new and comfortable. A side note for families, having a line and rack to dry out towels and bathing suits was appreciated and often a missed detail.
Managing the mosquitos was our only challenge. Despite screened windows, the villa is near to a flood/storm channel and so keeping doors closed and tablets plugged in the evenings was essential.
