Gut mit Öffis erreichbar, geräumiges Schlafzimmer, Schlüsselbox einfach erreichbar und zu bedienen, gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Trotz der Nähe an der großen Straße relativ ruhig in der Nacht (bei geschlossenem Fenster)
Die Wohnung benötigt einige Reparaturen: einige Lichtschalter funktionieren nicht, va gleich beim Eingang, Steckdosen sind lose oder kaputt, die Matratze ist dünn und hart.

Great terrace and the tram to the center is close by, as well as supermarkets
You can leave your luggage if you arrive before check in, which is great, but the process to do so is not so smooth. The flat is incredibly warm with only one fan so maybe not suitable to those sensitive to heat.
