Einfacher Check-In, super Lage, sehr sauber und ein gute Preis Leistung

Прекрасно местенце. На удобно място до метро, трамвай, гара. Има магазини в непосредствена близост. Беше чисто. Студиото имаше всичко необходимо ( хладилник, котлони, посуда , даже и миялна.

The location is quite good since there is public transportation really close by both the metro and tram. A/C is a life saver if you're staying there during hottest months. All in all it was an okay spot, nothing fancy, nothing too bad, but requires quite a few repairs throughout the apartment, that are not necessarily deal breakers, just discomfort - see next section.

Well first off there's little privacy as the main apartment area has big windows and the view is straight into the inner yard with a lot of traffic so you're choice is either an aquarium or close the blinds and sit in darkness. Speaking of the blinds - they are too small and leaves small gaps for light to come through aaand the inner yard is lit throughout the night - that sucked quite a bit and disturbed the sleep. The shower is taking its last breaths - shower head is leaking, water is running through the shower door. Finally, feels like a weird thing to cheap out on - the lights, feels like all the lamps inside the apartment were bought from aliexpress with the search term "cheap dim, night lamp". Especially the bathroom - it's like a 2010 phone flashlight in there. Just.. why? Our last night there A/C was leaking again, do you not do maintenance at all? Oh and the TV remote wasn't working due to low batteries, seriously it's like 1€ replacement, how frugal can you get on rentals?
