L’emplacement, situé pas loin de la gare. Le logement est joli, bien décoré.
Dommage que le logement ne soit pas équipé de climatisation. Ce n’était pas très propre, surtout la vaisselle.

Posizione eccellente vicina alla fermata della metropolitana, la cucina è fornita di tutti i comfort, il letto della camera matrimoniale è dotato di massaggio, il quartiere è residenziale e silenzioso. Ottima la comunicazione con l’host. La distribuzione dell’appartamento permette a 4 persone di alloggiare comodamente.
La doccia del bagno perde acqua e si allaga il pavimento. In bagno servono dei ganci supplementari per appendere gli asciugamani. L’aeratore del bagno è ostruito e non funzionante. L’abitazione è a piano terra e non è conveniente aprire le finestre se non a vasistas, in quanto le finestre affacciano sulla strada transitata. A giugno c’era molto caldo a Vienna e sarebbe stato utile un condizionatore: i ventilatori non sono sufficienti a garantire l’adeguato comfort.

Die Lage ist super! Ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn. Auch wenn die Parterrewohnung direkt an der Straße liegt, war es ziemlich ruhig die Nacht. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Wir konnten nach dem Auschecken unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft abstellen, das war top! Preis/Leistung passt.
Die Wohnung ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und der Putz löst sich von den Wänden. Leider kann man das Fenster die Nacht nicht offen lassen, da draußen keine Gitter sind und die Unterkunft im Parterre ist. Da es kein Klimagerät gibt, hilft der Ventilator nur ein bisschen.

Lage war super sehr nah an der U-Bahn und an dem Weltbesten Würstelstand Leo
Das Bad hatte so seine Macken…Wasser lief nicht ab ,Türen der Dusche waren undicht und nicht ordentlich befestigt
