Apartament zlokalizowany w zabytkowej częsci Olsztyna. Blisko głównych atrakcji jak Zamek , Katedra, Brama, Rynek, Niedaleko również do dworca PKP Olsztyn Zachodni. Blisko do jeziora Długie.Blisko do publicznej komunikacji miejskiej. Bardzo miły, sympatyczny i uczynny gospodarz. Klimatyzacja
Apartament zlikalizowany na piętrze.Z zewnątrz nie wygląda to atrakcyjnie.Na parterze zlokalizowne warsztaty samochodowe. Apartament z drobnymi usterkami, moim zdaniem wymagający liftingu.

Łatwy dostęp i odbiór kluczy, lokalizacja jest bardzo blisko centrum, w powojskowym budynku. Mimo, że lokalizacja jest praktycznie w centrum miasta to mieszkanie jest tuż przy lesie, rzece i blisko jeziora. Ulica cicha i spokojna, można wypocząć po podróży. Lokal jest bardzo ładny, czysty i dobrze wyposażony, z udogodnień jest m. in. klimatyzacja, bidet, ekspres do kawy. Jestem bardzo zadowolona i będę wracać.
