Marek is a very kindhearted person who loves to work with wood which shows inside the whole house. It’s hard to look anywhere without noticing something hand-made by him. He is very knowledgeable about nature and has a charming garden with home-grown herbs that you can use for making tea! Just ask him about it :) He also sells some honey that he gets from his friend. Marek also offers kayak tours. We didn’t try it but he gave us some tips which rivers and lakes we should visit during our roadtrip. We could also use the washing machine and dry our clothes. Marek speaks English enough to understand but helps himself with google translate. We had many interesting conversations that way. It worked perfectly fine. The home is very cozy and calm, perfect for (a) rest day/s. Would stay again anytime!

The bathroom wasn‘t the cleaniest but absolute fine and very spacious
