目的がＵＳＪだったので、西九条駅から近くてよかった。 西九条駅周辺には、お店も多いので食事・買い物に便利でした。 冷凍冷蔵庫があったのと、トイレが２つ、エアコンも２台あったのが便利でした。
浴室にバスタブが無く、シャワーだけなので　お風呂でゆったりできない。 エレベーターが無いので、４階のまでの階段がキツかった。 部屋は全体的にキレイだったのですが、なぜかハエが多かった（５月利用）。

目的地への移動にとても便利で良かった。清潔感も使用感も居住性も良かったです。オーナー様の電話での態様も親切で気持ち良く過ごせました
線路が近く音が気になりますが耳栓の用意もしてあって結局は気遣いの良さとなりました。

ユニバーサルスタジオジャパンに行くためにお願いしましたが、駅に近く、二駅で行けたので、とても便利でした。食事をするところも、コンビニも近くにありました。 スタッフの方とはメールでのやり取りがスムーズで大変お世話になりました。
