2025/12/30～2026/1/1 USJ目的で家族4人で宿泊。最寄りの駅も徒歩10分弱⁉️位で、移動にはこの最寄り駅から徒歩でも10分程度の所と思い、ここにしたのは良かったと思いました。駅にもコンビニ、宿泊家近くにもローソン有り。駅から宿泊先まで、食べる所もそれなりに有り。宿泊近くには銭湯も♨️有りました。あと、何かあればオーナーに連絡すれば、割とすぐにお返事は頂けましたよ‼️
宿泊初日は、地図は送られてきていましたが、お家を🏠探しました。場所的には分かりにくいかなって🤔思いました。
お部屋の中は、玄関入ってすぐリビングなので、玄関から丸見え🫢が気になり、ドア鍵はがっちり全部閉めました。
室内も、暖房つける時に、前の方⁉️なのか設定温度が31度になっていて、なんでこんなに高くしてあるの⁉️ってその時は思いましたが、夜…観光から戻り部屋でくつろいでいると、やはりすごく寒くて😰
結局私達も最終的には31度にしていました(笑)
私達は北海道から来たのですが、北海道の方が暖かいと思いました。
年末年始の宿泊だし、急遽仕事お休みになって、バタバタっと決めた旅行だったので、宿泊可能なところも限られていました。だから素泊まり宿はこういうものかなって思いましたが、シャワー浴しか出来ないから、冷えた体はやはり湯ツボに入りたかったな〜って思ったのが、個人的な想いでした。

Location was great. It's 15mins to USJ and 20 mins to Osaka station. Travelling time to major locations are usually within 30 to 40mins. The apartment is clean.
Thw toilet is small and not suitable if you have young children who are unable to shower on their own. The stairs is also quite steep as mentioned by a few other reviews.

A great location, just 2 stops from Universal Studios Japan. Very quiet neighbourhood.
The pillows were a bit thin, otherwise everything was good.

設備（破損箇所等）の点検が行き届いていない。
こちらが発見してすぐに報告しても、少なからず滞在した時間があるので、「こちらが破損したものではない」という証明は困難である。素人が発見できるような破損箇所は見落とさず、点検しておいてほしい。
