Keskeinen mutta silti rauhallinen sijainti. Uusi rakennus ja toimiva yksiö. Plussaa parvekkeesta ja astianpesukoneesta.
Ominaisuudet: Televisio ei toiminut, luvattua mikroa ei ole. Siisteys: Peitto tai pussilakana tuoksui voimakkaasti hieltä. Kylpyhuoneen pinnat olivat tahmeat ja huonosti puhdistetut. Asiakaspalvelu: Ennen saapumista lähetetty kuva avainlokeron sijainnista oli epäselvä. Asunnosta ei myöskään löytynyt mitään ohjeita esimerkiksi siitä, miten uuni tai ilmastointi toimii. Kokemus: En ymmärrä, miksi avain on haettava niin kaukaa. Esimerkiksi rautatieaseman suunnalta saapuessa ylimääräistä kävelyä lokerolle ja takaisin tulee yli puoli kilometriä. Avain piti myös viedä lähtiessä takaisin lokeroon eikä sitä saanut jättää asuntoon.

Avainlokeron etsiminen kaupungilta. Katuosoitteeseen ei päässyt autolla. Talon sisälle pääsi avaimella vain omasta parkkihallista jonne ei opastettu mitenkään. Käytävässä huonetta ei olut merkitty mitenkään. Parkkihallin osoite on eri kuin ilmoitettu huoneen osoite En suosittele kiireiselle matkustajalle.
