Brand new loft apartment with glazed balcony

The apartment was modern, spacious and with really nice interior. Great for families or small groups of people who want to enjoy privacy within a shared space. Newly refurbished WC and shower, with all supplies nicely provided. Developing modern residential neighbourhood with a good vibe. Sound isolation from neighbour apartments was excellent (or the neighbours were extremely quiet). Very easy access to Tampere centre with tram.

It was hard to find the place, since the provided directions and Google maps do not consider the wide construction works all around. We really struggled to find the right building and entrance, and had to ask for a help from locals. The host did not answer the calls. We found the parking lot (1014, paid parking that only works with apps), but the direct door from that to the building and elevator is locked, you have to go outside and find your way to the right entrance upstairs. Clear instructions with photos would have saved a lot of unpleasant hassle with arrival and checking in. There’s a nice balcony, but not with the views you see in Booking. Lake is on the other side, you can only watch graffiti and passing trains. Washing machine and dishwasher did not work. We followed common logic of both, tried different programs and even cleaned the filter. Still they kept displaying errors and apparently needed maintenance.

Asunto oli siisti, sängyt olivat hyvät, vuodevaatteet oli valmiiksi pedattu. Sijainti oli rauhallinen eikä läheinen rautatie häirinnyt. Asunnossa oli valmiina kahvia ja teetä. Yhteydenpito oli helppoa ja ohjeet olivat selkeät. Kaikki sujui mutkattomasti.

Asunto oli melko lämmin, mutta aamulla auttoi parvekkeen oven avaaminen. Olisimme kaivanneet perinteisiä kahvimukeja, mutta selvisimme lasisillakin.

Talo oli hiljainen, ilmeisesti melko tyhjä. Asunnon omistaja toi paikalle lapsiperheen oleskelua helpottavia ratkaisuja.

Sijainti oli aluetta tuntemattomalle melko hankala. Ympäristössä paljon rakennustöitä, huono- ja purkukuntoisia rakennuksia ympärillä. Parvekkeen näkymä oli suoraan junaradalle ja näkyvät rakenteet graffitin peitossa. Sisäänpääsy huoneistoon oli erikoinen - pitkä koodi sekä koputuksia. Huoneistossa ei ole kaappitilaa edes kahdelle mikäli haluaisi jäädä muutamaksi vuorokaudeksi. Suihkussa käynti kasteli koko kylpyhuoneen lattian.

Apartment was a great option with the kid as they provided a high chair, potty, etc. The flat was spotless and the tocation is great with the tram just outside the door with easy access to town. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Tampere!
