The person that helped us was polite and helpful. The coffee was good and the once we figured out parking we were able to park our rental car in a secure gated area. Very centrally located.
We were early and had to wait for the cleaning people to finish up, they let us leave our luggage so it worked out. The gate lock was a little tricky to open at times.

Great location for exploring Taormina. Helpful staff.
It was a bit dated. Needed new towels. The property had a sign showing rated as 1 star, but Booking.com showed 4 star!
