Bayu Temiang Residensi

It was clean, simple but sufficient, extra mattress for sleeping although didn’t use it. Generous amount of towels and cupboard storage. Fully air conditioned in all 3 rooms, not walking distance to the shops but close enough by car. We booked this as it was closed to relatives we wanted to visit. Swimming pool and children’s playground available, it was simple but usable. Good value for money

We booked this property for the full 7 days (one week) as it mentioned there was kitchen stove. Well there was something else and there were no pans or saucepans to cook anything with which I felt the description was quite misleading. They have an electric cooker/ pot not something you can cook eggs with it’s a one size cooker. I wouldn’t have book this if I know there were no proper kitchen stove. Two of the towels had an awful smell, gave me the impression it wasn’t washed properly or being used before. We were given a fine for parking on the allocated spot on the last day, although when asked for help, the property staff came down to help, but thought he was a little bit rude not hearing what we were tying to explain to him. We suggested that he speak to the landlord of the building that manages the guards to be aware that the bays is occupy for their home stay clients so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else but felt like he didn’t understood and was quite defensive. Also to add the communication wasn’t great despite having to provide couple of feedback, often only response with a photo and use lots of abbreviations. I would have given it a 9 if it’s not for all of these points. Small issue, I can see myself staying here again despite what happened.

The place is very big and spacious and location is good.

May be it is new there are lacking like pots and pans and knife and scissor.

Calm n easy to check in.

Very friendly staff. We forgot some stuff after the check out and they still helped us to find back the stuff. One of the cleanest apartments I've ever stayed. Will book again. That's probably the chillest apartments in Seremban. Its new, surrounded by forest, and most importantly close to city. Who needs to book royal chulan if they can stay in your apartment. 9.5/10.

That sofa in the living room. How should I put it. Please change it for the sake of your house. It is a very noticeable weakness in your beautiful house. Its not comfortable to sit in. It felt cheap. It felt low quality. You can get a good quality sofa very easily and cost not much. Cheers.
