The homestay is spacious and well-suited for large groups, with three bedrooms and the capacity to accommodate between 10 to 15 guests. The kitchen is generously sized, making it convenient for group cooking and dining.

Only two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Given the current hot weather, this makes it difficult to sleep comfortably, especially for those staying in the non-air-conditioned room. There are two bathrooms available, but only one sink, which can be inconvenient when multiple guests need to use it at the same time. Parking space is also limited, which may pose a challenge for larger groups arriving with several vehicles. Additionally, the iron provided is an older, heavier model and the ironing board is quite worn out, which may affect usability.

- The kitchen is spacious enough for family members to hang out. - The bathrooms are decent—clean, with non-slippery tiles. - 2 air conditioners in the rooms are working well. - The living room is also quite spacious for family gatherings. - A drinking water dispenser is provided, even though there’s no water filter like Coway or similar.

Areas for Improvement - No water heater in the bathrooms. - The sofa could use a cover to look less worn out, even though it’s relatively clean. - Consider installing an air conditioner in the living room for family comfort. - A 32-inch TV feels outdated, though it still works fine. Shortcomings - The road leading to the house is quite narrow, with cars parked on both sides. - Parking two cars under the porch can be a bit of a struggle. - The price is slightly high compared to the house facilities.
