Everything we needed. Sort and bright space

Location was a little further from town center than expected but bus was convenient

We liked everything about this apartment. The location is great, right by the bus stop with a short journey to/from the station and the old town. The hosts, Petra and Daniel, made sure we had our free pass for travel within the St Gallen district from when we were arrived and were exceptional at keeping in touch and answering any questions we had.

There was nothing we didn't like. The only thing I would say is the apartment is up two flights of stairs which might not suit some people.

Very kind and helpful host. She reacted quickly when we had questions and gave us the tip to see the “Aufgetischt” festival. A wonderful experience!! So many great artists performing street art (dance, comedy, acrobatics). We didn’t know about the festival before coming, but it became the highlight of our trip! The apartment is even more welcoming and thoughtfully refurbished than you think from the pictures. Nice kitchen with good quality appliances. There are triple glazed windows, so when the windows are closed, it’s very quiet in the flat. Bus stop right in front of the apartment.

At certain times of the day it can be noisy when you open the windows, because of the street below.
