Used as a base while we were in St Gallen for the Women’s Euros. Great location for exploring the city. Staff very helpf

Nothing really, but they didn’t have a chopping board.

I felt physically ill being in the room, intolerable.

The room was a good size and perfectly adequate for a short stay.

The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke, some areas of the room than others, but the ashtray smell was pervasive throughout the room. I also have not heard from booking.com on a reimbursement for an unacceptable subpar accommodation. I am considering never using Booking.com again unless I hear from them within the week.

Appartamento molto carino, pulitissimo, nuovo e centralissimo (non abbiamo soggiornato in quello in collina che avevamo prenotato perché aveva dei problemi e ci é stato dato un appartamento in centro, probabilmente anche migliore: la recensione si riferisce all'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato...)

Pessime interazioni con l'host che non ha mai risposto alle nostre richieste fatte tramite la chat di Booking, WhatsApp e email. Richieste molto lecite perché nell'appartamento non c'era il phon e non volevamo comperarne uno. Abbiamo tenuto i capelli bagnati. Per fortuna il clima era ancora mite ma se avessimo avuto necessità più serie ci saremmo trovati in difficoltà vista l'impossibilità a interagire con qualcuno

schöne Tage über den Dächern von St.Gallen

Die Wohnung in der Wildeggstr. in St.Gallen ist wunderschön, moderne und hochwertige Ausstattung, geräumig und hell. Besonders gut hat mir der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Stadt gefallen.Die Altstadt mit dem Klosterbezirk ist in einigen Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.Dort finden sich viele schöne Cafes und Restaurants. In unmittelbarer Nähe liegt auch das Naturschwimmbad Drei Weieren, welches man bei schönem Wetter unbedingt besuchen sollte. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Eine an und für sich schön gelegene und nett eingerichtete Wohnung, die ich jedoch wegen der nicht wahrgenommen Pflichte

Die Unterkunft war funktionell, sehr zentral und schön gelegen, schön eingerichtet und pro Tag gab es eine Kaffeekapsel, welche den Tagesstart versüsste.

Jedoch gab es Punkte, die ich nach so vielen Jahren Booking-Nutzung noch nicht so erlebt habe: Die Wohnung roch stark nach abgestandenem Rauch. Dies machte den Aufenthalt unangenehm und sorgte zu Hause für eine grosse Waschaktion. Die Vermieterin reagiert nicht auf Kontaktaufnahmen. So erfuhr ich nach mehrmaligem Nachhaken erst gleichentags gegen 1400 Uhr, wie ich in die Wohnung komme (und dass die Miete überhaupt zu Stande kommt). Fragen zum Aufenthalt wurden vorgängig nicht beantwortet. Selbiges geschah nach dem Aufenthalt: Trotz mehrfachen Mails, SMS und Anrufen keine Reaktion. Die Rechnung für den Aufenthalt habe ich nach mehr als zwei Wochen immer noch nicht erhalten. Weiter ist der Balkon draussen dreckig und ungepflegt, der Dreck wird unweigerlich in die Wohnung getragen. Letztendlich funktionieren auch weder TV noch W-LAN. Es gibt auch keine Gebrauchsanleitung.
