Ole Red Retreat - 10 minutes to Gatlinburg & Great Smoky Mountains

I enjoyed the location of the cabin. It is next to a park /dog park. The cabin had a grocery store nearby. The area was quiet and peaceful. I loved that the cabin was pet friendly. The owners even had a cabinet for pet supplies, which I thought was very accommodating if one has pets. The cabin was clean and met all of our expectations. My child had his own area upstairs. The owners had a helpful guidebook. We plan to visit the cabin again in the future.

I found this cabin last minute and it did not disappoint!! It is in a quiet neighborhood and it feels like you’re deep in the woods. Private deck with hot tub overlooking a FULLY fenced yard, which was a super bonus traveling with dogs. It is 10mins to downtown Gatlinburg and right next to a trolley station stop!! This was an amazing location where you can decompress after all the “peopling” in town. Super cool loft with many sleeping options. The master suite on main floor was great and connected to the bathroom. A fantastic find. 💯 would stay here again. Dog friendly without fee; just keep pets off furniture and clean up after them-pretty simple!! David was a very responsive and communicative host!

Probably because I made the reservation same day, I didn’t receive check in instructions before arrival. David handled it promptly and we were settled in no time.
