My family (7 total) had a wonderful time staying in the Stargazer cabin. The cabin was very clean, the AC was very cold and all the appliances worked as they should. The games were well enjoyed by everyone and the older two of us enjoyed sitting on the wrap-around deck catching up on life. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix meals, the dishwasher work great and the table was large enough to fit all 7 of us.The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean had had shampoo, conditioner and body soap in case you left yours at home. The towels were large and soaked up water well.All the televisions worked and we did not have to use our own passwords to stream because previous tenants did not clear theirs off the system.Air Hocky, pool table and the game console worked well although the pool sticks need new tips. We did not ask for replacements because we spent so much time in town.We made many trips into Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville see the sights and just generally enjoying life. Driving through the Smokey Mountain National Park was enjoyable but it was also crowed. That did not takeaway from enjoying the sights but many of them we could only slow down and look because there were not enough parking spots. Downtown Gatlinburg was crowded, but there was plenty available parking for a price, usually 20 a day. If you go plan on plenty of walking and lines, at least during the summer.If we come this way again, I would stay with this company again.

Property was nice, but needs some care. Conveniently located. There was an infestation of sweet ants in the kitchen. We bought ant traps. The water in the hot tub was low and below the jets. We had to add water before use and lost a day of use. The wooden landing when entering the cabin has a rotten board and needs repair. The kitchen needs some additional silverware. We could only find 5 forks. The floors needed to be cleaned. It looked as if the cleaning crew had hit the highlights only especially in the bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom could use a table to put items on.
