It is the conversion of an old traditional house into a guesthouse. The customer should know what to expect from this type of accommodation. This is not a hotel. If you like traditional houses in villages, it is ideal.

L'emplacement est super. La famille est très accueillante et gentille même si la dame ne parle pas anglais mais le portable nous a bien aidé pour communiquer. C'est très propre.

La pièce de la salle de bain + toilettes est petite.

I had a wonderful stay here and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The house is a beautiful old Ayvalık building with stone walls. The place is spotless clean and perf ectly located close to everything yet peaceful and authentic. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to offer tips about Ayvalık and make your stay smooth and comfortable. The room was cozy with a very comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, and fast WiFi, which made it easy to relax and stay connected. It truly felt like experiencing Ayvalık in the most genuine way, with that special local charm. The location is unbeatablewalking distance to the water & the center of Ayvalık yet peaceful enough to enjoy the local rhythm. If you want a place where you feel welcome, well taken care of, and enjoy a real taste of Ayvalık, this is the perfect choice. Also run by a local family who lives close. The stay offers the full Aegean experience: historic charm, close to the water and in a quiet street in the middle of the town.
