Poorly run rental - Avoid!

Location--that's it

The property was generally dirty and not well maintained. From the moment of booking to date (a month after the stay), there have been constant (daily) automated texts and emails trying to solicit more business. They don't provide an opt out and even after telling them about my horrible experience, the texts and emails remain relentless. The property listing contains false information as they state they have two futon beds but in reality have zero--just a old, dirty couch. The noise from the upstairs is very annoying, you will hear every step. Last, they charged an extra $100 after the stay because they alleged three people stayed at the property instead of two. Avoid "Jungle House" properties at all costs. Booking.com should be ashamed to allow this company to be on the website.

Great, modern property, perfectly located for access to downtown and OSU

We had a fantastic stay. The hosts did a great job preparing the place. They communicated well, provided information for building access and parking. We had everything we needed for our stay. Apart from the unit itself, the location is perfect. OSU is about a mile away and there are lots of great restaurants and entertainment spots in the neighborhood as well as a park.

Amazing! Everything! Facilities were perfect, location amazing (city’s best most popular park on one side & 1 small block to City’s high end restaurants and art district. Hosts very responsive to my inquiries.
