It was quiet. This is the second rental I have stayed at by this company and everything is clean and great. The people are easy to reach and response quickly rather calling or texting. I love that the properties I’ve stayed at have sound machines and black out curtains, which allows for great sleep.

It was hard to find which one I was staying in once I arrived there were no numbers on the doors so I had to call to make sure I went to the right one

The location of this unit is perfect! You're in the heart of everything but just far enough back (not even 1/2 a block) to not hear all the noise of Short North! The front porch is awesome as is the very well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds and the shower is also great!

If there was any negative at all I would say it's very bright in all of the rooms due to the bulbs that are used in the light fixtures! I prefer warm, low light, but that's just me!

I wouldn’t stay here again. Overall, the apartment itself was nice and in a decent location. But the host(s) are what made it a nightmare. They require a deposit of $300 before you can access the property. I booked last minute and paid my deposit the day before traveling. After traveling all day, once I got there, the access key they gave me wouldn’t work because they said I had yet to pay my deposit.. which clearly I did because they would not have given me the code then. It took quite some time but finally the door was able to open after I stood in the rain for 20 mins believing I got scammed. Two friends and I went to a show in Columbus then left the next morning. They said the deposit would be refunded after checkout. It is now 12 days later and I have yet to receive that deposit. Every time I text it seems as if a different person is texting me. They don’t know what’s going on and keep telling me they’ll follow up then don’t. Finally they texted back and said they would finally now release my deposit (12 days later) and deduct $50 because I had a third guest. Nowhere did I mention to them how many guests they should have expected, there was never an agreement or discussion of that. And to deduct money when my deposit is 12 days past due is absolutely insane. Like I said, cute apartment, but not good hosts. Wouldn’t go through the headache again.
