Lage, 20 min wandern bis zum Alte Mainbrücke, sehr ruhig nachts. Eigene Garage zum parken und in 5 min wandern Bäcker und Supermarkt erreichbar. Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Balkon abends sehr angenehm
Keine Gardine und 1 Rollladen war kaput, Wohnung darf neu gestrichen werden und die Lampe auf der Toilette ist SEHR hell.. war gleich wach 😢 Kissen fehlen für die Stühle auf dem Balkon

Lage war super! Kontakt mit dem Vermieter auch. Aber für diesen Preis doch eine andere Erwartungshaltungen gehabt.
Wohnung war kalt. Die Heizkörper haben sich nicht bzw. nur sehr gering aktivieren lassen. Keine zusätzlichen Bettdecken vorhanden.

Große saubere Wohnung. Das Bad hat viele Ablagen. Die Wohnung war gut beheizt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Es gibt eine kleine Garage im Hinterhof.
Im Wohnzimmer fehlt eine Regalablage. Es wirkt etwas leer. In Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer gibt es nur eine relativ kaltes LED-Licht in der Mitte der Decke. An den Betten gab es keine Beleuchtung. Die Wihnung ist keinesfalls „charming“. Insgesamt lieblos eingerichtet.

Konumu çok iyi, araba ile merkeze hemen ulaşılabilir. Apartman ve çevre sakin ve huzurluydu. Garajın olması avantajlı.
Genel olarak- yatak, nevresim, tuvalet, banyo vs- temiz olsa da salondaki koltuklar lekeliydi ve içeride sigara kokusu vardı. Yedek tuvalet kağıdı konmamıştı.
