Sleeps 8 With amenities like a washer/dryer, AC/Heat, WiFi, large screen TV's in every room, 100ft dock to park your boat or jump in the river for a swim. enjoy the Dolphins playing from the screened in patio. You'll have everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable vacation. The Master bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub, down stairs bathroom is a full bathroom. I love this house so much. It feels like our house when we visit. This is the second time we've stayed here and we will be back. Love love the view, the dock, the dolphins and manatees and the provided kayak and paddleboard were great. Derek is an excellent host.

Fantastic house to stay in. I was Kayaking with dolphins every morning.The only downside to the stay was all the construction going on, both sides of the house.

I absolutely loved the house, the patio and the pier. I could have stayed longer. We loved listening to the water for hours on end. I would love to stay at that house again. Derek is quite an attentive host - just a wonderful guy!
