Our stunning light and sparkling dream house is waiting for you! A short 6.5 miles drive to one of the Best Beaches in the US. You'll fall in love with this beautiful place!

The space
As you enter your temporary abode, the elegant decor and beautiful plants are sure to make you feel right at home. When you need a break from the Florida sun, head into the spacious living room and melt into the plush couch. Complete with a 55 inch flat-screen TV , the living room is a great place to the rest. Boasting stainless steel appliances, the newly updated kitchen has everything you'll need to wow your friends with your culinary capabilities.
No Florida getaway is complete without sand and saltwater so spend an afternoon luxuriating on Melbourne Beach. Located just 6.5 miles from the property, Melbourne Beach offers everything from swimming to deep sea fishing charters and dinner cruises, making it a deal for beach bunnies of all ages.
Take a family trip to the Brevard Zoo and see the amazing wildlife put on a show. Sebastian Inlet State Park offers beautiful views, picturesque for photo ops. The Pier offers spectacular views of the inlet and a popular spot for experienced surfers and awesome lagoon to swim in and multiple picnic areas. Main street Melbourne (Downtown Melbourne) is a great place for small boutique shops, small restaurants and bars. They have large block events where the road is close for pedestrians and vendors to enjoy. Another hidden gem is Florida Tech Botanical Garden. This lovely little botanical garden is free, safe and gorgeous. Enjoyed wandering the curvy paths and streams as well as spotting lizards and fish.
For a fun day in the sun, you can visit Paradise Beach and park. There is ample parking, a short walk to the beach in soft, clean sand, warm clear water, lifeguards for safety, bathhouse and outdoor showers, kids playground and even a food truck with some yummy ice cream!

This house is professionally cleaned between 10am-4pm and checking in early without permission can hinder the efforts of our cleaning service as well as necessary house maintenance. For our guest's convenience we try our best to make guests aware if an early check-in is possible on the day of your reservation\arrival.
You will be messaged a five digit door code the day of your check-in via the Airbnb app.
A $100 fee (for each hour) will be assessed for late check out .
Must be at least 25 years old to book.

Please check-out by 10am.
We do not allow late check-outs as we use a professional cleaning service that cleans the house to ensure the next guests may check-in at 4pm. We recommend that you simply book the following night if it is available and you need a later checkout time than 10am. You may submit an alteration request if the following night is available as well. If you are not satisfied with the condition upon check-in, please send me a message on the airbnb app to let us know as well. If you are a late arrival, please notify them by the following morning. Also if you are very pleased with their service and cleaning and want to compliment them they would love to hear it!
If you haven't notified me within 24 hours of your check-in time of 4PM, we will assume you found the house in acceptable condition.
Premises shall be used for recreational purposes only in a non-offensive manner. No use shall be made thereof which is unlawful, improper, noisy, or offensive, or contrary. No use our property for business.
We would ask that you leave our property in the order that you found it; this includes, but is not limited to, the placement of interior and exterior furniture, decors, dish.
Please double check that windows are shut and locked and lock the front door when you check-out.

Other than a dirty A/C filter and a obnoxious woodpecker outside who loved tapping on the house gutters it was a great place to stay.

Property was exactly as shown. Very nice property with plenty of space for 10 of us. Clean and had necessary supplies available. Nice pool table with plenty of room to play. Communication with owner was very lacking. Didn't get code for door until after check-in time. Ask owner questions and got no response. Lock on sliding glass door was broken. Notified owner about it on check-out. Really liked the property, but lack of communication was an issue. Owner blamed the app for not forwarding messages, but it was obvious there was no communication.

The house is very spacious , great for families. Clean, most all necessities. Pool is great! Quiet neighborhood. Biggest issues the dishwasher was broken, called management sent out maintenance and a new one was installed. The main bedroom bathroom sink needs to be unclogged, very slow drain. Not enough trash bags and paper towels we had to purchase more. I suggest bringing your own laundry soaps/ dryer sheets. Minimal supplies for kitchen, no foil, plastic wrap etc. The refrigerator has no ice maker so make sure you bring ice. For the price it’s a nice value , worked great for us.
