Please note, Security deposit and property fees will be 25% of the cost of your stay. Utilities will be taken out of this along with the housekeeper fee for a deep clean at the end of your stay. All rentals for more than a week will be required to have our housekeeper clean weekly, charges will be payable directly to the housekeeper.
