Unique features of this property also include a golfer’s dream: a three hole putting green with sand trap, roughs and two chipping platforms (you can practice 75% of your shots here), and a full-size Bocce court. Spacious garage includes a third (3rd) refrigerator and plenty of space for any other gear you want to bring.

I’m reluctant to give this a 5-star rating—only because if I raved about it as much as it truly deserves, I might never be able to book it again! This property is amazing: spacious, impeccably maintained, and set on beautiful grounds. The house itself is lovely, and the host was both accommodating and easy to reach. A truly exceptional stay.

Amazing property in a perfect location right near Sag Harbor town. The house is spacious, clean and amazing for a large group. The outdoor amenities offer something for everyone. Liz is extremely communicative and answered all of our questions prior to and during our stay. I would stay here again and recommend this property. 20/10!!

Incredible lace to stay for families. You don’t have to leave the property but if you do, you are within 19 minutes of East Hampton and Sag Harbor. Lovely time and great communication back and forth.

Sag harbour is close enough and the peaceful surroundings provided a great holiday and venue for golf at shinnecock
