About this apartment rental
The apartment occupies the upper floor of our traditional Spanish cortijo.
It is situated in the quiet and peaceful residential area of La Perla, within walking distance of the pretty village of Arboleas with all its amenities, and close to the town of Albox.
Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Almanzora Valley, it is an ideal location for walking, cycling, and exploring the area.
The beaches of Vera Playa, Puerta Ray, and Garucha are within a 25-minute drive, and Mojácar Playa is 30 minutes away.
The space
An exterior staircase on the side of the house leads up to the generously sized private sun terrace, offering stunning views over the valley and, of course, plenty of sun.
From the terrace, a main door provides access to the apartment, leading directly into the large, bright (air-conditioned) living area. Through an archway from the living room is a good-sized, well-equipped kitchen/dining area.
At the rear of the kitchen, down a hallway, lies the bathroom with a shower over the tub and the main bedroom, which is air-conditioned and features a king-size bed.
The second double bedroom, with twin beds, is located at the back of the living room (not air-conditioned).
Guest access
In addition to the private terrace, guests are also welcome to use the garden at the front of the house.
Other things to note
Off-street parking is available near the house in a shared area.
Space is available in a locked garage for bicycles or any large sports equipment, if needed.

The property is beautiful and very peaceful. The communication was good and the owner was there to meet us on arrival. It is a good size apartment and is well catered for with everything we needed with fantastic views from the terrace over the rooftops perfect for sitting with your breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening listening to the birds whilst admiring the Mountain View’s but still close to amenities. There is also plenty of parking available in the courtyard. We would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
