About this cottage rental
Built in 1883, this charming cottage has been updated while still retaining the original cottage feel. On the first floor you will find a bedroom with queen size bed, living room with tv, wide open kitchen/dining/relaxing room, 1 full bath with/shower as well as a 1/2 bath, washer/ dryer and access to a large screened in porch for dining, relaxing and napping. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms with a total of two queen beds, one full bed and one stacked bunk bed.
River Song is a two minute stroll to the Four Corners where you can enjoy delicious meals and ice cream at the Guzzle and fine dining and cocktails at The Wellesley Hotel Restaurant and pub. As you continue your short walk toward the waterfront Pavilion, you’ll pass a fabulous Playground for young children, the historic Library and The Green where older kids can participate in a wonderful and inclusive Sports Program. Kayaks and bicycles are available to rent at the Pavilion, right next to the Gas Dock.

The house was the perfect place for our trip to TIP. It had the all the character and charm of an old home in a historic neighborhood, with the modern conveniences anyone would want. The hosts were helpful and kind, just next door if you needed anything. I'm still dreaming of the porch and cannot wait to return next summer.

Riversong was a relaxing home away from home. It was such a beautiful clean well kept vacation home. The furniture, the decor, the bedrooms, the front porch, the enclosed porch, every detail was perfect. It was our first vacation with our two children and the hosts were so lovely and brought us fresh vegetables from their garden and even helped my husband fix our children's power wheel we had brought. We will cherish the memories we made at riversong forever and we hope we can make it an annual adventure.

Great location and friendly accommodating hosts!
Loved sleeping out on the porch, walking to the Guzzle and the dock, playing card games together as a family. Multiple bathrooms were helpful for large family.
The house is historic, and as such, the stairs were a bit steep/uneven. Hold the railing and take it steady and we had no problems.

This new to market property is excellent. Our family had plenty of space to spread out and entertain. The renovation/redesign maintains all of the charm of the Victorian home with modern touches. There is even a music nook with a record player and a handful of classic albums to play. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to cook for a family plus extras like olive oil and spices provided. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and came with clean linens and towels, which is often not included and an inconvenience for travelers. The owners are attentive and very friendly. The property is a three minute walk to the Guzzle and five minutes to main docks for swimming; lots of yard space for outdoor activities. The screened porch for late night games and cocktails is absolutely perfect. There is even a bed out on the screened porch, which was a treat. We highly recommend Riversong to anyone looking for a great family rental in TI Park.
