This apartment has no out of hour support. In case of issue there is no one to resolve it. I had booked three apartment for six. persons. First i faced lots of issues in getting in as agoda reference number was not recognised. Then they have a number to callbthatvwill not be picked by anyone. The ai support somehow resolved this. Once inside i was surprised to see one small pillow and single blanket in each room and the ai response is no human support available till tomorrow 10:30 am. Imagine the frustration. Even after complaining to Agoda the issue was not resolved and i was forced to use the room without pillow. In my view this smartment should be avoided if you are planning to checkin ooo hours.

Easy access to Frankfurt Airport, room was ok but it fell short on pillows and blankets. We were forced to share one pillow and one blanket even though there were two of us. What the heck!
And they could have been more transparent about the 20 EUR parking fee.
Room was clean though.
My other gripe is the lack of staff or 24 hour support. You had to trust the online system worked. The checkout system kept bugging but I was lucky i managed to complete check out before take off. Fix your system!
